Ahmed Alhuwwari is a highly experienced CX/UX Senior Consultant, boasting over 25 years in UX, CX, and entrepreneurship. He is based in the MENA region (Saudi Arabia & Jordan). Ahmed founded ‘UX Waves,’ a firm dedicated to UX design services encompassing training, consulting, and UX audits. Additionally, it includes ‘UX Waves Academy,’ its training division. He played a pivotal role in establishing the UX/UI Department at Orange in Jordan. He created the ‘Jordan UX Community’ and the ‘Arabic UX Community,’ influencing over 220,000 people through various workshops and training sessions.
Recognized as a leading expert, he regularly presents at international conferences. Furthermore, he serves as the UXPA Regional Director for the MENA region and is a board member of UXQCC.
