That’s why Human centered strategy is so important for companies that want to change, to be robust and more efficient. Claudia is a trainer and UX strategy consultant with a focus on human-centred, sustainable and needs-oriented change, and innovation management. For close to 20 years, she has been dealing with the interdisciplinary connection of different technologies, with a strong focus on ethical data-driven solution development.

After founding an international startup, project experience in software design, and digital strategy and personnel service in a managerial position, Claudia now works on strategic digitization projects with startups, SMEs, and corporations as a managing partner of swohlwahr, a consultancy focusing on the human-centered organization. She is a lecturer in interaction design at a vocational college in Salzburg and acts as Regional Director Europe of UXPA International. She is Vice-President and board member of the Association for the International Accreditation of UX Professionals and Quality Assurance in the Professional Field of UX, Usability, and Human-centered Design (IAPUX).
