Dawn Ahukanna is a Design Principal and UX Architect within IBM’s Infrastructure organisation. She’s fascinated about how people relate to technology and exploring ways to deliver value at the intersection of design and technology. Her design career covers domains like enterprise middleware, security and encryption, Internet of Things (IoT), cognitive and analytics systems.
Dawn’s current focus is modernizing post-sales services and delivery for IBM Infrastructure clients, incorporating AI-infused solutions for preventative, proactive, and reactive operational processes. She co-leads the IBM Design UX for AI guild working group.
Dawn is a speaker and panellist at design and development events, Design Thinking practitioner and mentor in academic and professional communities, as well as a published author on visual collaboration methods. She has a BSc in Chemistry and micro-electronics.
