For over 30 years, Linda Borghesani has been shaping user experiences through user interface design, research, and strategy. As a User Research Manager at Constant Contact, she focuses on improving the user experience by influencing the features and overall product to help small businesses succeed in digital marketing. Her previous experience includes leading UX strategy for 5G, FiOS, and Verizon Wireless at Verizon, as well as work at MITRE. Linda also shares her expertise by teaching a human factors and UX capstone course at her alma mater, Tufts University (BS and MS in Human Factors Engineering). Her contributions to the field are further evidenced by her 30+ patents and numerous publications.
