Chung-Hay is a Senior UX Researcher on Google Photos, where she leads UXR programs related to generative AI, user trust, and participatory research with underrepresented communities. Her prior research experience spans areas like video advertising, healthcare wearables, brain fitness software in start-up, preclinical research, and industry settings. She has been awarded 6 patents and holds a PhD in Neuroscience from UC Berkeley with an emphasis in cognitive decision-making.
