Michael Bechinie is an Expert UX Architect at Erste Digital GmbH in Vienna, Austria. He has been working in usability, user experience, and human-centred design (HCD) since 1998. He has extensive experience as a UX consultant and in-house UX architect. His work focuses on interaction design, usability evaluation, and driving UX maturity within business organisations. He has experience in a variety of business contexts, industries, and projects of varying size and complexity. Michael has been writing, speaking, and teaching on various aspects of HCD for 15 years.
