Anne Joutsenvirta, PhD is a seasoned UX practitioner with extensive experience in diverse roles within product organizations such as Fujitsu, Nokia, Microsoft, and Amazon. 10 years ago, she moved from Helsinki, Finland, to the United States: to Seattle, Washington. Currently, she serves as the Principal User Experience Researcher at T-Mobile USA, where she focuses on productivity tools and advocates for more inclusive research practices across the company’s product lines. As a native Finnish speaker and a promoter of UX metrics, Anne is dedicated to ensuring that standardized surveys created in English deliver consistent results when translated into Finnish.
