Bhuvana Narayanamurthy holds a PhD in Media, Technology & Society and specializes in technology use behavior. She has worked across several industry verticals over the span of the last 12 years. Some of her strongest experience comes from her work with multiple federal agencies (GUX) where she honed her craft of creating winning user experiences through unforgiving Agile cycles and ignored requests for user access, often being a UX team of one. Bound by tight non-disclosure agreements she developed her expertise by focusing on patterns commonly occurring across projects to discuss and share her work with others.
