Dominique (he/him) is an experienced and passionate expert in developing experiences with products. He has over 15 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager and Product Lead. His background as a media computer scientist and organisational developer provides a foundation that, combined with his business experience, enables a cross-functional view. He complements this with active research in the fields of organisational development and user experience, mostly with topics around corporate culture, UX management, organisational UX competence, and the combination of agility and user centricity.
In recent years, Dominique has supported many people through presentations, training, facilitation and mentoring, helping organisations to succeed. He brings his experience- and people-centred way of thinking to start-ups, medium-sized companies and international corporations and shares them in the podcast “Die Produktwerker“. He shares his experience with all people who want to make a positive impression with their products and grow personally at the same time.
