Erika is a former English professor who is now a Lead UX Researcher at an AI writing company. She holds an interdisciplinary MA from NYU in British Literature and Gender Studies, and her research interests include intercultural communication, creative nonfiction, and poetry. Since transitioning into UX, she has held roles at technology companies and at a research consultancy. In her current role, she has spearheaded research democratization efforts and run innovative studies on the prospective users’ experience as well as brand perception. Erika is first and foremost a storyteller who is passionate about the human experience and using these experiences to make better products.
