Jean Fox

US Bureau of Labor Statistics

Jean Fox has been a User Experience Researcher at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) for more than 25 years. She has experience with a wide range of UX methods, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. She is especially interested in how human-centered design approaches can facilitate innovation. Her Ph.D., Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees are all in Human Factors, and she has authored numerous publications and presentations on UX methods.
