Qiwen Zhao is a User Experience Researcher at Cisco, focusing on employees’ experiences with work devices to inform user-centered technology solutions. She holds an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and a B.S. in Applied Psychology. With over 5 years of experience, she has worked on various products, including Android Auto at Google. Qiwen is passionate about accessibility and product inclusion, leading significant research efforts in these areas. She has conducted NSF-funded accessibility research and published her work in top conferences like CHI, ensuring technology is usable by people of all abilities.
