User Vision

I believe that the best experiences are founded in a deep understanding of human behaviour. By working closely with organisations, I help uncover the nuances of customers’ experiences, enabling the creation of truly human-centred products and services. Grounded in research evidence, these solutions deliver seamless, accessible, and impactful experiences.

A combination of formal training in computer science, human factors, and information design, together with over 25 years’ experience in digital, usability, and UX, enables me to bridge the gaps between user needs and technology-driven solutions.

In my role as Director of Consulting at User Vision, I’m proud to lead a team of talented researchers and designers, shaping exceptional experiences for customers. Over the years, I’ve partnered with organisations across diverse sectors and countries, including Emirates Airline, Vodafone, Scottish Government, NHS, Natwest Group, Jumeirah Hotels, McLaren Automotive, and Salesforce.
